Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation that uses the biology of the body to access a deep state of restoration and relaxation. In a world where thinking and doing are the norm, Yoga Nidra evokes a state of feeling and being. Yoga Nidra conditions the nervous system to be with bodily sessions and feelings. In this state, intentions and integration naturally occur for health and well-being. A custom Yoga Nidra can be woven into any 1 hr 20 min session or created as a stand alone 50 minute session. Yoga Nidra can be facilitated to groups or individuals.
